Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Social Foothold LLC, we are committed to fairness and transparency. Cancellation requests submitted within 7 days of purchase will be reviewed, provided the service has not been fully completed. Where a service has not yet started or is in its early stages, a refund may be issued at our discretion upon request.
Once a service has been fully delivered, refunds are not applicable. Where partial work has been completed, a partial refund may be considered based on the extent of work done. Refund requests based solely on change of mind, without documented service failure, will not be eligible for review.
All approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. By purchasing our services, you agree to this refund policy.
